Right of withdrawal

1. Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you received the goods.

2. Consequences of revocation

If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs , no later than 14 days after receipt of the return shipment .

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used when placing your order.

3. Return of goods

• The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the goods were faulty or delivered incorrectly .
• Please contact us before returning the item to obtain the return address.
